My friend and I are going to Jeonju tomorrow (08/04) for a day trip. I'm just wondering what people do for fun? It'll be our first time. I guess they're pretty big for bepimbop, side dishes and Yakuza mafia. Anything else.
Thanks in advance. |

Bump.
Going there next week, have been before.
Planning to check out Deokjin Park, and probably take a stroll through the Hanok Maeul again.
Will probably eat bibimbap 2-3 times in 36 hours.
Other than that, anything to check out? Specific places to eat/stay? |

Yeah, check out Hanok Village. There are a few famous places for bibimbap, and I recommend checking out all of them! Beyond that I don't really know- I was there for a few days last year, but that was it. |

Actually, the wine museum now has a section at the end of the exhibit where you can sample both Moju Wine and Makgeolli and purchase either one. In the other building you can also make your own makgeolli. As it takes a month from start to end you can only do the filtering process. For 5000 won you get to participate a bit in the process and you get to keep the bottle for yourself to drink later. Not a bad deal. Also try the 1st Premium Red Ginseng Beer in the world around the corner. |
