Anyone remember a big police bust here in late 2007, around October?

IIRC, the story reported is that a group of individuals from a country with a reputation for advanced drinking skills verbally protested at closing time and demanded further alcoholic beverages.
They were kicked out and beat down with sticks/clubs, or something like that.

Is that what you are referring to?

As I recall, Helio's owner called a gang of Korean thugs to come and intervene, and one thug shot a patron in the head with a "gas gun", whatever that is.

A "gas gun" is simply a pellet gun which uses compressed gas to eject the pellet.

I was on about an incident involving me.

I slapped the ass of a girl I was talking with.

My buddy and I left, but I returned to the scene to be arrested.

Lots of people in the club jumped on me.

Ok it's good that your story has a beginning, middle, and end, which is clearly defined. However, in this story there's no meat (detail). No suspense to draw the reader in. Beef it up a little and I think you might have something worth submitting.

It is true so I am just laying down the facts.

I have asked before about the severity of a two million won fine and people assumed I was messing about.

Yes, but even non-fiction needs those essential storytelling elements. The real truth itself requires embellishment to a certain degree to make it interesting. That's why history is so interesting.

Suspension of disbelief is required.
