I am leaving Korea May 25th and my hakwon has asked me to find a person to sublet my officetel apartment in Suji (near Jukjeon station) from May 25 - June 25. There will be NO key money deposit and you will only be responsible for rent (550,000) and utilities which are usually about 90,000. It is a convenient area with plenty of nearby bus stops, close to the subway, and a 30 minute trip from Gangnam. All of Bundang is very accessible from here.
This is a bit of a dire situation as in the case I do not find someone to sublet I will pay the full month's rent and utilities for an empty apartment. Not ideal.
