The white figures are massively inflated by the fact that those FBI stats seem to include Hispanics in the white category. You shouldn't be taken in by such shoddy journalism. |

That has got to be one of the most misleading claims I've ever read. 83% of what? The white murder victimization rate is about 1.6 per 100,000. 83% of 1.6 is about 1.3. So whites murder each other at a rate of about 1.3 per 100,000. About 6.9 blacks are murdered per 100,000. 90% of those murders are committed by other blacks so blacks murder each other at a rate of about 6.2 per 100,000. |

By the way, in the vibrant cities there is a lot of violence between Hispanics and blacks.
When a black attacks a Hispanic it is "black on Hispanic" per DOJ stats.
When a Hispanic attacks a black i tis "white on black" per DOJ stats.
For fun, when a Hispanic attacks a white it is "white on white"
When a white attacks a Hispanic it is "white on Hispanic".
The above is actually how the DOJ counts race and crime. |

| The census bureau counts hispanics as white (and all fed agencies do for that matter), so that's why DOJ does. |

Hispanics are white if they are criminals but are Hispanic if they are victims of crime.
Here's a white male criminal.

This means the white crime rate is lower, and probably dramatically lower, than it is reported.
For example Appalachia , which is where the poorest of the poor whites live:
