This is a non-issue.

Air from China is toxic no doubt but by the time in reaches Korea it has been diluted thousands or millions of times.

It basically has zero effect on Korea.

Korea remains pristine and I don't expect PM 2.5 levels in Korea to go out of the green safe zone.

True, I used the generic term. "I broke down and wore an N95 particulate respirator." There are plenty without a valve though, and these filter pm2.5

The PM2.5 pollution in Seoul is our own. If you look at the sounding areas during bad days like outer 경기 or 인천 they have 40-80 PM2.5 when Seoul is 100-200. This is not China its Ours! Shit old cars, coal burning, factories, BBQ, and yes okay busses with Chinese tourists.

The Yellow dust is PM10 and if you dodnt have a Particulate Respirator on hand just stay inside or use a simple mask


creeper1... Korea Safe ??? you need to look at the quality every day. We have shit air, not China shit but PM2.5 is usually 60-120 most days.

I'm in Korea, not China. But, had read comments from these users on the website, some of whom claimed to be in China. I mostly use it in spring as I'm susceptable to bad allergies when biking in march and November. Not sure what gets in the damn air here. Anyways, it can be helpful. But the large barely fit. Not sure how Asians will adapt as some have larger heads. This company should make xl size.

What? Bucheon is right on the edge of Seoul. It close to the border of the city limits and only a few miles away from Seoul's city center. Baoding on the other hand is 100 miles (150km) away from Beijing. Not the same thing.

The center of Seoul is 125 now which can't be good to breathe.

China: most unhealthy air in the world.

South Korea: not quite as bad as China but still unhealthy.

American air: healthy to breathe

All of these are firmly in the "unhealthy" range. How could the air be "pristine"? 50 and under is considered "good". This is what it is like in America now:
