| I have seen similar groups on meetup that try and help people break out of their shell. Sitting on a forum talking to others about feeling bad probably isn't going to help you feel any better. Kinda like being a keyboard warrior on Daves doesn't make you a hard-ass IRL |

| I like sharing thoughts and experiences. I am fairly content in all areas of my life but it's just my feelings about women that decimate my feelings of self-worth. |

| Self-worth is really irrelevant when it comes to women. They decide if you are worth it or not. The more important question is, are they worth it to you? And you can bet, when children arrive, you will be notified about your worth. |

| You make a valid point but some women might interpret me as just not being interested in them, especially as I look confident. So, in my case they decide nothing, my anxiety does. |

If you want self-worth, then do something worthy.
I originally heard that as, "If you want self-esteem, do something esteemed." but it seems to fit this thread too. |
