I get a Banking Webpage Popup with meaningless code and lots of question marks. It is the kind of pop up for when you need to enter your digital certificate ID, but in this case it is popping up with meaningless characters. I have seen this before and it was character encoding, so I could right click on it and select Korean encoding and it would clear up. For some reason this pop up doesn't allow right clicking. The previous page doesn't allow right clicking either. I went back a couple of pages and could right click and do the "korean encoding", but ultimately the unruly popup still had the same meaningless characters and question marks. Any idea how to change those meaningless characters into text (Korean I suppose).
Thanks, |

Control panel
Region/Language settings
Usually it's a bit of a fluke. Change EVERYTHINg to Korean, including the non-unicode stuff, to ensure success. Also, make sure to reboot (you should be prompted to do so anyway). If it's a program that's installed, and you're still having issues, you may have to uninstall it and reinstall it to get the junk working. |
