I was just wondering, for someone with the points based F-2 visa, is it necessary to do any paperwork at the immigration office before visiting your home country for a period of about 10 days, or can you just enter and exit Korea freely without any other hassle as long as the visa is valid for more than 6 months?
Does an absence from Korea of about 10 days have any impact on F-5 visa applications or F-2 visa renewals in the future? |

As long as you have your ARC you are free to leave and return.
10 days out of the country will have no impact on an F5 visa application (provided you don't get arrested while you are out of the country).
