24 million krw taxed at 3.3% and not paid to the tax office by your employer = just about 800k won.
I hope you have pay statements to substantiate deductions by your old employer or you are about to get burned in a bad way.
If they do bite you then you can also expect the NHIC to come after you as well for back payments (assuming you are still on the same visa).
IF you have changed from one E2 to a different E2 in between they you escape this one.

Hi. Tompatz! ~
No, that horrible company did not giveany payslips and I only worked for them for 4 or 5 months.
What do you mean switched E2 visas?
After that job, I did switch to a D10 visa for 3 months and then got a new E2 visa.
Since then, I believe, that I;ve merely had to just transfer my E2 visa because I've switched jobs every year, but only taken a few weeks off. |

Yes, I already had to backpay the health benefits. |

okay,,
so this was a private public school job that I only worked at in the mornings.
I did pay my own health and it is actually seoul national university elementary school.
It only had mornning p/t hours. I did have an e2, so at the time, under the law, they're supposed to pay pension? I thought that was a grey area at taht time.
Can I have trouble getting my new e2 visa with a back tax? |

No. The E2 is not an issue unless there is a criminal warrant outstanding for tax evasion or tax fraud.
