|

I have two classes of 1st and 2nd grade elementary students who are approaching the end of Let's Go 1 but are struggling with it. We'll do a thorough review and then the school owner wants them to start LG 2, but I think they aren't ready for it. Is there another series similar to LG that the students can use as a stepping stone from LG 1 to LG 2? Something to give them extra practice before beginning LG 2?
All helpful replies will be appreciated. |

Everybody UP is also from Oxford U-press.
Cambridge has a similar series.
With let's go there are 3 books for each level (student book, work book and teacher's book). The teacher's book has a lot of supplemental material and ideas as well as lesson plans and assessment tests.
Move to LG 2 but make sure you get all 3 books for it or switch to Everybody up or the Cambridge press series that is equivalent. Just having the pupil book is a waste of time since teachers are left to flounder.
Good luck with your boss. |
