Blood Test for E-2 has been waived since July 2017?

The MOE still requires a full health test. That means getting tested for HIV, etc. Plus they do tests like checking your white blood cell count and all of that physical stuff.

weird, I could swear I read that July 2017 they were ordered to stop that blood test.
