I will soon be moving to Jeju to start a new teaching job.
Can anyone tell me the most efficient and inexpensive way to move my household belongings down there? I don't have too much stuff. No couches or big beds.
Just a bookcase/computer desk arrangement, a kitchen table and chairs, a butcher block chef's table, 4 storage shelving racks.
Hopefully, this contract will include a re-location allowance.
Thanks in advance for any helpful advice. |

Little blue truck and the ferry. It won't be cheap.

Agree w Tthompatz. You might be better off selling stuff where you are and buying new/used replacements when you get to jeju. Your contract is unlikely to include an allowance for moving. If you get return airfare in contract, be happy. We've all lived on an empty floor at one point in our lives. Start there, reassess, and build up! |
