I am wondering how most people get ESL teaching jobs in Korea. Do you go through a recruiter in Korea or at home? Do you contact schools directly? Do you only use the posts on websites such as Dave's ESL Cafe? From which method do we all come?
I just looked on this site and picked one. Did I just get lucky with my nice job? On which other websites do people find jobs? |

You're forgetting programs like EPIK which set you up at a school too.
My first job was through a program and my second through a contact. |
