wow i can't believe they finally did it!
3 years ago there was an article in Itaewon Wonderings pondering the question as to why there was no Starbucks in Itaewon.... they said most likely because of the Nigerians.... and now... wow our dream has come true. Lets hope they stick with Burger king! |

Oh, i think its cause u can buy one coffee and sit in there all day. And that's exactly what many might do. Just like they do in burger king. Could scare off other patrons.
Do you like sitting on the second floor of Burger king???
Or i guess it doesn't matter cause ur not female. We don't. |

the reason i've heard that it took so long to open a starbucks in itaewon or any other major non-fastfood restaurant such as outback, is that property is not readily available in itaewon - current shop owners tend to stay there for a very long time - just look at how thick the dust is on the items on the back of the shelves! |

Everything seems to be closing up now due to the army base shift, though. |

That's not even really happening yet... nor will it for a few years.
That's absurd. Itaewon anyways will be the meshpot for foreigners despite. |
