What documentation do I need from my visa-sponsoring employer when I wish to add a second employer to my visa? |

An Act of god.
Really now an E-2 is for a single employer only.
You could work for a second employer if you get a letter of permission from your current employer and go to immigration to get the proper paperwork. |

You need a letter from your principal sponsor stating that he will allow you to accept another postion. You need a letter from the second employer and a copy of the contract with that employer. Some additonal immigration paperwork and pay a fee, they will then endorse your ARC with the name of the second employer. It is legal and a relatively painless experience. Your current sponsor should be able to assist with the paperwork. |

Have your current employer call immigration and let THEM handle it! |

if your wife is korean, you can get a spousal visa as well which may allow to teach in more than one place at the same time. good luck. |

Thre are restrictions on if they will give you an approval to work elsewhere...much of it depends on what your main E-2 job is.
If you work for a Hagwon, it's nearly impossible.
If you work for a Public institution or a University, there is more of a possibility.
They have a list of what they basically will and will not grant an additional job for.
I obtained the proper authorization on the back of my E-2 for extra summer camp work this year. I work for a high school, although private (not public). |
