Hello, I am married to a Korean and we have a daughter who has a Canadian passport. When I go to Korea and get a job I get an E2 visa. Does my daughter need a visa also? If so what kind? Can she just stay on a tourist visa for 6 months then get it extended? |

Your daughter comes on a tourist and can change to an F1 without leaving the country...That is a two year visa .
That's what my wife and I did for our son. |

Is your daughter a Korean citizen? if so, then get your wife to add her to her passport. My daughter is on my wife's passport not mine. We do have a canadian identity card for her though. |
