Yes, diversity sucks. That's why the the Midwest is just waiting for the right moment to own you all. Enjoy baba ganouche with your chow mein while you can.

Then, we're gonna teach you the true meaning of corn.

TY for the replies. Diversity is the new home of communism, the proponenets just don't fess up it. As an American I now have the problem of figuring out why Black kids don't do as well in school as Asian kids. We will never solve the problem or figure it out. Asian countries also have made it possible for their people to return home to Asia so Asians have an exit plan. How sincere.

Until then there will be conflict concerning the matter everyday in some form or another. Money will be spent, approaches will be tried and careers will be made and ruined very much for naught. I didn't have this problem before.

Yep, all you guys with the little mixed babies know what diversity is about. Cool

I don't get it. I have no babies owing to the fact that I loathe the vermin.

I didn't mean you in particular. I see a lot of posts about guys and their Korean girlfriends and wives and children. Now that is diversity. Tolerating each other's little neighborhoods and ways of life is one thing, but friendship and love breaks down the crap. It's all about humanity afterall, in all of its possibilities.

That's the best I can do before coffee. Confused

I like diversity in a few categories: food, women, and experiences.

Many people don't relate well to other cultures though.

Diversity is going to continue happening and is in fact progress on a cultural level.

You may hate it or fear it but it is and will continue happening in many countries.

In my opinion that is a good thing.

I looked at my post and it could be confusing. What I was saying "yes" and "no" to was the assertion that diversity was created by God. God made the diversities of ethicities and language, but not the diversity of religion. It wouldn't really make much sense to do that. The alternative would be that man has made the diversity of religions. Or, if you meant what is the alternative to having diversity of religion, there isn't one. People must have the freedom to believe or disbeliebe whatever they want.

Diversity is here to stay so we will all just have to get along, but in the meantime, we all need to be aware of the problems it can cause.

The idea of communism is not bad. Practically speaking, it has proved a failure. You can't trust leadership to remain pure.

"Democracy" (representative government) is also not bad. Practically speaking, it isn't working either.

What is working is capitalism (democracy by the highest bidder).

As long as it works, far be it from anyone to criticize it.

I would argue that diversity is woking far better in NYC than it is in LA.

If it doesn't, that's their own problem. See Toronto, Prague, or Hong Kong.,

And, yes, some backwards-ass mofo who thinks diversity doesn't work is just that: an ass.

Stubborn, indeed, as all asses are, who will be drawn kicking and screaming into an era beyond McCarthyism.

Tough shit for you, buddy.

It will be a hard road to hoe.

As long as there's no "communism"...

Diversity breaks up the uniformity of small-minded thinking.

It means that diversity ultimately leads to better understanding of differences. It also broadens your horizons and can be the path to all sorts of new knowledge.

We have to live with diversity and it is a positive development in human history. Look where cultural segregation got us...

You may as well learn to get along with diversity in your neighborhood because your country will still have to get along with other countries.
