| Does anyone know why the flights to and from Nagoya are so screwed up? I am on a wait list to go there next weekend and on Sunday I MUST come back from Nagoya at 4:30 in the afternoon when I wanted to leave at 11 or 12 midnight. My travel agent says Korean Air and Asiana only have flights leaving around 4:30 everyday. Sounds really dumb to me. |

The World EXPO is on in Aichi prefecture, which nagoya is the capital of at the moment......
That would be your reason...it is hard to even get a hotel in and around nagoya at the moment |

| Yeah I heard about that EXPO crap. It runs until September 25th. I also heard someone say they had to wait in line 4 hours just to get in. Thank God I don't need a hotel. I'll be staying with my cutie. It sucks though that his day off is Sunday and he'll have to take me to the airport around 2 for my 4:30 flight back to Incheon. But, I get there on Saturday morning at 10:40 and we can spend the day together until he goes to work at 9. I plan to go with him to work and sit there until he finishes at 4:30 or 5 Sunday morning then we go home , sleep a few hours and back to the airport we go. All for 500,000 won too. |

Bit late I guess but you could fly to Kansai or Tokyo and pick up a connection to the domestic airport in Nagoya which is the old international and so pretty empty I would think since they opened Centrair in Nagoya last FEb. |
