I'm also curious about Bundang (and yes, I've read all the Bundang threads already...), in particular SuNae (sp?) Dong. I've lived in Changwon and Ilsan, both of which were nice (I thought Ilsan was a bit sterile, though), and I wonder if anyone can compare these areas directly? Question

30 mins to kangnam by bus..

beautiful clean city, easy to get around with scooter or car, buses also.
modern new buildings, great department store SAMSUNG PLAZA with imported foods section, emarts and other discount department stores in a round, Sunae has Lotte department store,,
all the fast food joints, coffee, francises etc,,,
parks, central park, and also yuldong park with bikes, scooter for hire and a 45-50 meter bunjee jump also...

many apartments to pick up privates..
no pollution, many gyms and health spas, etc....

ummmmmmmmm... well ohh and people usually gather around SOHYUN ST for drinks, called rodeo st, samsung plaza area, the foreigners usually stick together work mates I guess, so if you have other teachers at hakwons hang with them, Bundang is kinda dead for night life for the solo artist!

laters..
