Hey guys, I need to go to Ilsan and then to Incheon airport from there. I've been to Ilsan before, so I know that the subway station is called Juyeop and is on Line 3, right? And I've heard that you can get a bus to the airport from outside the Grand Department Store. Can anyone tell me more about:
Where exactly do you catch the bus from? Right outside the department store or across the road? Does it head toward Daewha or the other way?
How much does it cost?
Can you just get on the bus and pay?
How long does it take to get to the airport?
How often do the buses go? Like is it one every hour or one every two hours, one every 20 minutes, etc
What do the buses look like, number/color, etc?
Thanks for your help! |

You might want to call the Seoul tourist information line. 02-1330, and press 2 for English.

I know there is a bus to/from Ilsan because I've caught it before- can't remember anything about the stops though.
Here's a good link
http://www.airport.or.kr/Eng/transportation/bus.jsp
You can pay on the bus, better to have the right change though and a lot of fares have gone up lately so it could be 7,500 or 8,000 now.
That link says it takes 70 minutes which seems about right from my memory.
It's a silver and blue/red coach with the number (3300) on the side- to tell which direction it's travelling I guess you'd have to check the signpost. |
