| If I arrive in Fukuoka at 9:30 am at the airport on Thursday and go directly to the Embassy, will I get my visa before closing on Friday (of course, assuming everything at the embassy goes smoothy)? |

Yes, I was there last week. As long as you bring in your papers before noon, you can get them at 11 the next day.

Yes, I was there last week. As long as you bring in your papers before noon, you can get them at 11 the next day.
