Whiner: If you spoke to a Korean male in a suit in 'panmal' like that no wonder he wanted to switch to English. You were talking to him like some sixteen year old girl. First rule of Korean or English - learn appropriacy.

Laughing BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Laughing

I spent a 4 years (3 army, 1 teaching) in Korea and 4 days in Japan. Things certianly do look rosier in such a short period of time. I like the strangeness of Japan, since I can read Korean and know what most of the stuff around me is. Without the staring and whatnot, I felt almost invisible in Tokyo. Kind of cool.

I'm preparing to teach again, and deciding between the two countries right now. They both have their positives and negatives. It'll most likely come down to contract & location.

Don't be so rude!

As for your quote:

"I was so poor growing up....if I wasn't a boy.....I would have had nothing to play with."

If you think that this is true, you don't know what you're talking about!

Desultude,

Your edited post makes absoulutely no sense.

As for your accusation that I was 'rude'.

How would you respond to someone who came on here and said "Hey, I've never lived in Korea let alone visited there but here is my opinion on the place......."

Give me a friggin' break and go brow beat your own children Rolling Eyes

Matco, my comment simply means that girls are not exactly lacking in "equipment", but I am sure you know that. I was riffing off your quote.

And, sorry, I do think you are rude sometimes for the sake of being rude, and perhaps "cute" like your avatar.
