Probably only at a university, and probably hard to get. I've only met one Korean so far who was studying French, and they're changing majors now. -_-

Perhaps they need a french teacher. There are definately Koreans around learning French; I've met a few. And they have French lessons on the TV. It's worth a try.

Try the foreign language high schools. They all employ a French teacher.

DaeIl Foreign Language High School
Daewon Foreign Language High School
Seoul Foreign Language High School

There are a couple more in the Seoul area but I don't know the names. If you are pretty well qualified you might be able to get in at a university.

The high schools usually pay by the hour and you might get around 20 hours a week (at around 25,000 won per hour). Vacations are long and unpaid.

Good luck
