This is chilling.
An innocent victim is going to have to suffer bigtime to get this sociopath off the street for good. The cops arent mincing their words here -- this guy is going to do evil.
I'm all for rights, but how do you fix this scenario?

| Seriously, what need do we have for people like this in our society? I feel sorry for the cops and old 60 yr. old women. No true justice in Canada. Lock em up, & throw away the key I say! |
