This puppy is living in this squalor near my friends office. He is the sweetest pup there can be.

I would adopt him, but I already have a dog and three cats (all of which were rescued).

If you are wondering about being able to take your animals out of the country the answer is YES. You just have to keep their papers (shots, etc) in order.

For a pup that's living in squalor, it looks in good condition... but what really is horrible are those short short chains Koreans keep their dogs tied to.
Good luck finding it a nicer home.

You sure somebody doesn't own the dog?

Anybody know what breed it is?

I was thinking that too. Someone going to recuse a dog from a bad owner at the same time as finding it a home.

I thought about the bad owner thing. Would just be concerned because the dog looks rather clean. Some info on just how the dog's living in squalor besides being chained up to a ratty stairway would be good.

Does the dog sit outside in the cold all night?
Does it always have no food?
Is it ever allowed in the house?
Is it chained up to public property, or just in front of someone's house?

If it's practically been abandoned, and I can figure out just how big it's going to get (looks like a pup), and it's relatively quiet (for a dog), I'd talk to the landlady about letting me have one.
