You are fooling yourself, guy.I have some real qualifications, not just one of those certs(sign right here...oh the fee will be.....).Anyone who is fool enough to spend the money and waste their time on one of those things can get one.
Also,I do not even think you qualify as much of a flamer, and probably not as a teacher either. Anyway, not going to waste any more time on you.

Just to join the Mody Ba, Rush squabble. . .

I've seen great teachers with no qualifications at all (one of, if not the best, teacher I know has no qualifications) and I've seen plenty of people with the qualifications (thinking back to my own scholastic career) who were shit. I think the choice concerning teaching legally or not has little to do with qualifications.

Personally I think that rush is a troll, but now that I am no longer a moderater I have no control over these things.

Yes this topic has been beaten to death. You say it's fine, I say it's not. Let's agree to disagree. Drop it right there.

doing privates cuts into my quality of life, I like my free time to spend with my wife, daughter, pursueing hobbies, and furthering my education. Money is not the be all and end all of life. You can't take it with you when you die.

What constitutes "working illegally" in our own home country? Do you mean "not paying income taxes?"

I had lots of privates back home. The ones through an agency I paid taxes on. The ones arranged through my employer, I did not.

Hey Mody you are the one who made a personal reference about me

" I bet Rush doesnt have any qualifications even remotely connected with
teaching English"

So I simply told you that was not the case... I had a CELTA which
I think means you lost your "bet"

case closed for me too Razz
