Singapore kicks Hong Kong's ass all over the place when it comes to good food. |
Yeah, thanks for sharing. This is relevant how? Trying to suggest I should have gone to Singapore instead? Been there done that. The g/friend isn't too keen on Singapore, |
Just out of curiosity, is the g'friend Korean? |

Its been proven that Singapore kicks ass. |
by who? yourself? Personally I could live in Singapore but as a travel destination its nothing special. Food is great, but you can find better food in some cities back in the USA. The zoo does kick ass but is it really worth going all the way to Singapore for?
What exactly makes Singapore special and makes it "kick ass"? |

HAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!! You kill me! If I didn't have a slew of people to meet there, the month that I spent in Singapore would've blown mightily. |

I'm sure they have a few McDonalds in Hong Kong. Big Macs are great for hangovers, but stay away from the combo meal, just go with the Mac and a couple of liters of water. .
When I went to HK the first time I bought the LP guide and read about the place, that led me to an area in Kowloon that had some very good cheap Vietnamese places. Sorry, I do not have the guide here, but if you have a chance, take a quick peek.
And don't substitute the Whopper for the Mac. |

The 24-hour McDonald's at 2 am (just for the novelty of it). It's off Nathan St. |

I went to Singapore with my (Korean) s.o. and her overwhelming impression of the food was that there was too much "hyang". |
