I signed up, but mostly for informational purposes. I want to start a business somewhere down the line, but not anytime soon.

Thanks to JH for the detailed info...it's getting easier these days...but it's still always a challenge to find out what the laws are and how they are applied.

Anyway, if it's cool which ya'll, count me in on the discussion.

I'm looking down the road a ways but would enjoy the chance to bounce some ideas around or possibly invest in something attractive.

Additionally, I have experience starting "bushiban" in Taipei as well as publishing a couple of text books.

Anyway, I will check out the user group.
