Hi! Are you willing to sell items independently of the apartment? You have a few things that I could use, I just don't need an apartment. Thanks!

Do you have any pictures of it? Is it a newer building or old? Would the lease be renewable after the 6 months is up?

The place is spotless. Small, but spotless. NO BUGS, security lights an in basement where cool air comes in easily.

Landlord has offered to put in an AC at 50/50 split.

my camera broke and is in the mail home. feel free to come by for a beer. Do you jam? I have 2 guitars. I wish to god I would have gotten this place. I found a school with block shifts 15 minutes away with 2.1 mil plus 300,000 ren allowance.

I can meet you at Kangnam 222.

The bed, fridge, washing machine and stove go back to Pagoda. They have been threatening it for 5 weeks and still haven't gotten around to it.

I have a doctorate in law, a BA in philosophy and BS in English. If you can come up with key money by 6/10 I'll probably leave you the acoustic guitar. Fender solid state electric input, stand and nice marshal amp.

In all honesty, the money I want for the extra stuff doesn't matter. We can go to Nagwon and I will pick a sweet new guitar and leave you the goodies for LESS than the cost of the "extra for sale stuff".

I just want to go home.

please email me at [email protected] reliable than phone.

Peace. KDF

the place would die if you renewed. They may even give you a break on Key money if you offered.
