My father is a model trains junkie.

He has been hassling me to look into model trains here as AJIN and SAMHONGSA make kickass trains in Korea. However ringing them was a pain in the ass as they spoke basic english and I havent found a korean to help me yet as its a wierd concept for them to translate.

I was wondering if people knew where they were in Seoul or failing that knew a place in Seoul where I could buy model trains on behalf of my father.

Im looking at HO or N gauge scale. Any help would be muchly appreciated.

Rolling Eyes I thought i was the only one with this issue.. i rang my dad from a payphone yesterday, to tell him that i had found a new job....and of course the topic had to turn around to why haven't i dragged my butt all over seoul to find him a model train yet!!!!! He is from new plymouth in new zealand, and seems to think it would only take me a couple of hours of searching, not years and years, which i think is far more realistic!!!

Anyway, thanks for the location, i iwll have to find the place, or he will never forgive me!!! I was told of for not taking any pictures of trains when i was on my honeymoon in morocco!!!!!!! Dear Dad doesn't realise that its not everyone's top priority!!! If its any good, maybe you could give me a shout,a nd I will go in and llok myself!!
