It's like when they say bananas 500 won but you have to buy like 12 bananas...you wouldn't think 12 bananas were 500 won would you? i always get the reduced fruit at homeplus thats why im eating purple grapes with seeds right now |

Why is it that I could see some Dave's posters wandering into a Hyundai dealership expecting to get a new car for 450,000 won because it said that number on the flyer, then leaving in a huff because that was merely the monthly lease price? |

Yeah because a block of cheese and a new car are right about the same price, right? And when you go buy a new car, you always buy a few dozen different kinds so you have enough to last the week, right?
I'm sure your post was more directed at the first guy who childishly tore open a package of egg bread, but the gouging and misleading tags are real. Someone at Emart agreed enough that they changed the tags on the cheese. Some of us are supporting families and little things like this can really add up. I don't want to have to examine the fine print on every price tag when I'm shopping for groceries. |

That's pretty normal procedure for a heck of a lot of people - millions upon millions and in different generations - and it's not something you should be ashamed of or too busy to do; it's Home Economics and goes along with coupon cutting, looking out for good deals, only buying in sales and living within your means. I doubt anyone here would buy one of the $100+ bottles of red wine in Homeplus, we all know what a rip off expensive wine is, so not overpaying for vegetables is a logical extension of that, that's all. |

Oh I agree that it does happen.
I was more pointing out the small minority of entitled millenial-types who have no common sense, or even worse, would know the true deal but try to say "gotcha" and cook up false outrage in exchange for something free or to feel self-righteous. It's a small minority, but I do know some people like that. |
