Fox was right that it is raining. I was right that the VRA would continue to work well after the Court reset Section 5.

Fox, I am not saying that genetics play no role, but I think it is a relatively small one.


I too would be skeptical that genetics could be a major factor in such a short space of time. It took Russians decades to domesticate foxes, and that's using strong selective pressure.
