So you say Saddam didn't need to be contained.
Saddam wouldn't rearm? He wouldn't finish the job slaughtering his minorities?
Pls explain why Saddam massed troops for an invasion of Kuwait again in 1995?

I remember you saying something to the effect that even if Saddam didn't have WMD and links to Al Qaida that he was loony enough to do so in the future.
Why did you say such before and why did you change your mind?
