ebay in korea is the address above? I can't get into it cause you have to enter a residency permit, my E@ won't work? Know anything about this?

It says send them an e-mail with your selected ID, name (in Korean), password, gender, alien ID #, residence address in Korea, at least one of your house/office/mobile phone numbers, and e-mail address. Then fax them a copy of your alien ID card with a phone number where you can be reached and they will process your membership after confirming your info.
