The Air Force routinely flies survielance flights over korea, Thailand and Philippines to pick up cell phone chatter of possible terrorists. Just have to be careful what you say! |

That's ok, everytime I call my mom I just tell her how I'd like to shoot Bush. It's pretty well known they listen to your conversations, especially if you are outside the US. |

from http://home.hiwaay.net/~pspoole/echelon.html:
In the greatest surveillance effort ever established, the US National Security Agency (NSA) has created a global spy system, codename ECHELON, which captures and analyzes virtually every phone call, fax, email and telex message sent anywhere in the world. ECHELON is controlled by the NSA and is operated in conjunction with the Government Communications Head Quarters (GCHQ) of England, the Communications Security Establishment (CSE) of Canada, the Australian Defense Security Directorate (DSD), and the General Communications Security Bureau (GCSB) of New Zealand.

Last time I checked, I didn't have any protection from it when I was in America either. |

I've got nothing to hide...aside from being an alcoholic skinhead who regularly engages in urban exploration and is closely connected with Korean anarchists and prominent critics of the government. |

Of course federal agents know who each of us are and are keeping a running record on us. |

They intercepted several of my emails to my friends in the military by way of "inspecting" their army AKO email accounts, which is the right of the soldier's commander or the theater command where the soldier works.
And I knew someone was listening in on me when I called my parents from Kuwait because the line had alittle static at the beginning of the conversation, but after 5 minutes I heard a clicking noise and the line suddenly became clear.....if it only happened once then I could've written it off as a bad connection, but it happened every time I called them.
And when I applied for my Secret security clearance, the NSA called me in regards to a telephone transcript of a heated conversation I had with a friend.
Yeah, they do seem to listen on calls, especially if you are calling from overseas or calling someone who lives overseas....
Hurray for the Patriot Act!!!!

According to a website (made by a man with a beard, therefore reliable) there's at least 2 CIA operatives for every man woman and child on the planet.
It makes me question who's really ruffling my curtains at night? |
