Anyone know where I could find Tribulus in Korea? I once had my testosterone tested and the doctor said it was normal, but based on the number he gave me, it appeared to be more "low normal" than actually normal. Anyhow, would like to try this supplement and see if it helps my workouts.

Well I would never take steroids that's for sure. But did you know eating almonds can increase your testosterone levels? So if I eat a can of almonds every week to help my workouts does that make me a loser? From what I've read about tribulus it comes from a plant, so I don't see how this is any different.

I did know the bit about squats, my gym doesn't haven't a squat rack but I do leg rows which hopefully accomplish much the same effect.

I once asked the doctor at the Intl. Clinic in Itaewon about Tribulus and he said it wasn't available here. You can import it though: I know it's on http://www.bodybuilding.com if you search for it.

I've never tried it but I wonder if it works. Can anyone who's used it comment?

Besides aggression, any other side effects? Also, do you have a favorite brand?

Side effects.

Well it boosts your testosterone.. What do you think? All I can say is that it does make you more aggressive and a bit more horny. I made some god progress on Tribulus, helps get that inner last push in.

I just get the BioTest stuff.

Right now I'm taking BCAAs, Glucosamine and Omega3s for my joints, Twin Labs Whey, And the Animal Pak Pump - really enjoying that last one.

Ordering from iHerb is working well for me. They seem to deliver in 3-5 days, and always have discounts on shipping. Tried ordering from bodybuilding.com and it seems... slow. A week later and I'm still not seeing my order on tracking.

Preworkout: creatine, L-arginine (you need gel caps for the arginine, nothing will hide that nasty taste), and BCAA (sometimes). Get plenty of water, stay away from salty food. Don't need anything too fancy as long as you eat well.

I also order from iHerb. Can't beat the prices and the free delivery.

PS. Use promo code KOL914 for some discounts on your first order. Very Happy

I'm not a work out "expert" but I just focus on diet, plus a little gym each week, plus a Sun Warrior rice protein shake occasionally to keep the protein levels up at 1g per pound body weight, on workout days.

Guess I don't really believe in doing anything too unnatural. No crazy 2000 calorie protein shakes made of condensed eggs or whatever.
