havent been listening to any korean hip hop of late.... still tring to get past the likes of joosuc.....
Brother Ali, Little Brother, Atmosphere, Non-Phixion, Braintax, Jehst, Sage Francis, Supa Saian Crew and the new Ugly Duckling CD are getting mad rotation....

In the Korean front I heard that illskillz are meant to be pretty good.... I gotta say that I aint feeling the Korean scene, alot of cats out there are trying too hard to be ghetto, jiggy, american.....

nice. trem and my brother are pretty tight. they grew up together with frenzy etc, in the days of 3pbs and the aka brothers, hills posse. all that jazz.

he (seany b) hosts fat tape in brisbane and does his wheelin o' steelin around the various underground clubs. vegas scene isnt too bad. it aint all that good either. but katch and the doggies are tight. and len-1 & lazy grey (bros stoney) are also nice. good fellas, to boot.

as for current hip hop... i was into atmosphere and sage for a good spell of this year. then i started feeling angry (f**k you lucy) and decided to drop it for a while. i am too damn old (26) to feel angry and 21. the back pack intellectual rap set has got a bit tired lately. been listenting to a lot of old school feel good hip hop. quest, de la, jbs, gangstarr. also rass and mos def.

any suggestions appreciated.

Currently rockin' the new Aesop Rock Bazookatooth CD. That and the new Outkast. Phenomenal.

But my giddiness for hip-hop fades as I mature into fatherhood. I'm gradually passing the torch down to Rapzilla. She's fire.

old skools a given..... tribe and de la always get high rotation. Tribe are my all time favourite, but Im not feeling their later stuff as much. As for their new joint ICU?? It reminds me of something off the Love Movement. After hearing Q-tip's and Phife's solo albums I'm wondering how they're gonna go trying to put an album together.... the seem too far apart in where they wanna go..... the Tribe reunion album is gonna be hit or miss... hope its a hit
