If you use windows xp, you can just add Korean as a language option. |

Hrm it's not quite as clear cut as this.
For optimal program compatibility, you would need to switch everything over to Korean, including your regional settings.
Obviously your Windows system menu and so forth will be in perfect english, but the default system settings will be in Korean. This means the date format will default to Korean, and the backslash will be a "won" sign instead of a backslash.
However, everything else will be fine.
Regional and Language settings, and tinker around there in Windows XP.
Any more questions, feel free to ask.

I respectfully disagree that the regional settings need to be changed. I had no problem using Korean internet sites in the States on English Windows XP. Just change the encoding to Korean under view and add the Korean language fonts as Mr. Pink said. |

Ahh my bad.
Good to see you got it working.
I do know that if you wish to use Korean on IRC clients such as mIRC and for programs in the Office suite (such as Outlook and Korean email subjects), you do need to switch to Korean in your regional settings.
Just for the record.. :)
