The past 3 times I got one I didn't use an expedited service and it came back in 5-6 weeks.

This time they are 3-4 months behind in opening mail. So considering using an expedited service.

Just wondering if they are legit and how long it takes them.

Only took a little over a week. i then used a service for my apostille. cost about 100usd total. I used my cbc recently for a hagwon position and it was accepted.
