If I remember correctly, gepik will pay the cost of the home flight if one chooses to renew their contract with the same school, this being the home flight supposedly associated with the 2 calendar week extra vacation granted for a home visit.
I'm fairly sure gepik will pay the fare of an economy fare on KAL to North America, even if you don't go to North America, and for e.g. go to Thailand instead.
If one goes to North America, I wonder if significant savings can be found from the usually overpriced KAL fares.
My main concern is how is this handled, and when one is paid the money and who determines the fare exactly? or do I have to submit some kind of request or documentation.
while we're on the renewal topic, I recall hearing one gets the extra month payment, per Korean labor law after the completion of one year... instead of for e.g. getting 2 months worth after finishing 2 years and leaving. Does anyone know how that works? |
