Looking to teach a class of primarily university students and business people. Intermediate to high levels. Can anyone recommend a good textbook that focuses mostly on speaking activities?

Business Result, Business Venture, Business Explorer, Market Leader are all popular choices. Most textbooks are the same IMO, so it is up to you to encourage communication.
