Hey,
I am considering a visit to Guam in the future and am interested in doing some shopping while there. Are there any name stores there? I am particularly interested in finding Target and Toys R Us. Thanks. |

Guam has the biggest K Mart in the world if that is a good substitute for target. |

And there's a mall with a branch of a Hawaiian Dept. store in it (whose name escapes me). |

PM me- I go to Guam every 4 months or so-
there is no toys-r-us or target there- sorry- However if you tell me what you are looking for I can point you in the right direction. Where in Guam are you staying?
EDIT- will this be your first trip to Guam? |

Micronesia Mall. A large shopping mall, food courts, etc. Nice place. Also, Guam GPO, Guam Premium Outlet. Factory outlet stores. Check out "Cars Unlimited." $25.00 a day for a used car rental. A/C, etc. You have to get to the shop at 8 AM in order to rent. First come first serve. Two locations on Guam. Not far from the airport. Cheapest place in town. Hotels all over. Starting at $30.00 a night. Check into a hotel/motel when you arrive, rent a car and drive around checking out the other motels for their rates, etc. then switch. |

I just spent 2 hours last night looking for a hotel in Guam that cost less than $100. The best I found was $70. Anyone care to lend a hand and tell me how to stay cheaper? Things like a website, a phone number, a name of the hotel, directions to, etc, would be wonderful.
Please help! Thanks.

As I posted before, shop around for motel prices. Some are $35.00 and up. Hamilton hotel in Guam is around $50.00. Near McDonalds by the airport, the main drag, opposite side of the street, about a 7 minute walk, is a motel that runs $40.00 a day. If you stay on the beach, the cost is higher. |
