Use t-money? Go out exit 7. Walk straight until you get to a bus stop. Take bus #8. It's smallish and green. Free ride to Costco/E-Mart. Just put your t-money to the pad on the way in and out. They do announce when the E-martuh/Costuhco stop is coming, but if it's really crowded, you might not hear it. Try to stand/sit where you can see out easily. Look for an E-Mart sign if you are on the left, a Costco sign if you are on the right.

According to this: http://www.costco.co.kr/eng/whs_853.htm (where you probably got that map), it will be open.

A good 30 minutes. If you catch the 3000 bus though it will drop you right in front.

That's pretty standard for that location anyway. Whenever I go, I try to get there as it is opening and I don't browse. I try to get what I want and get in line as fast as possible.
