I just picked up an ice cream maker at Costco yesterday and I want to try making some green tea ice cream. I know that green tea is nokcha, but what is the powder called?
I know at E-Mart they have several kinds of green tea bags, but I'm not sure about the powder. I want to make sure I get the right stuff, rather than guessing and ending up with just the leaves. Any particularly good brands to watch for?

| Emart has it's own brand and the matcha is pretty easy to spot. It will either be sold in a shaker or a bag. It's usually on a top or upper shelf and will even have a picture of the powdered tea on it. Can't miss it, bro. |

| I get the Homeplus store brand. It's in a green plastic canister, a little taller than a (US-sized) can of soda. |
