Since returning to Korea, my goal is to never eat any of that crap. One week down, and so far so good. |

The black is good, but not worth the premium over the regular.
Take a strip of Samgyupsal and cook it on a frying pan. Then slice it up into 1-2inch pieces.
Boil some water and put some 떡 and the soup packets into the water. Don't put the noodles in there yet. The 떡 takes a couple minutes longer to cook than the noodles. Chop up some green onions and put them in. Drop an Egg in there and let it poach.
When the 떡 is getting soft, put the noodles in. Cook everything. 30 seconds before you take everything off of the stove, put the SAmgyupsal in the noodles. |

Dduk, sliced ricecake. If you plan to use Tofu, put in slightly less water. The water in the tofu fill come out during cooking so if you don't start with less water, your ramen soup will be too thin.
I forgot to mention Bean Sprouts. The immature bean sprouts like the ones you eat with Pho. Those are excellent to add as well. |

OMG, Shin Ramen Black was the best~~~ ;.; But it was just a slightly different taste, so I can see why that and the price disparity got it cancelled ;.; |

Because they claimed it was healthier without it being so, not the different taste. |

Bah, they claim everything is healthy these days. Black does taste better but there are similar brands out there. |

Low and behold, Black is Back. I just found a pack at the market today. They've apparently been allowed back in the market. |
