| A number of iherb copycats are up now, so for the herbal things it shouldn't be too hard to find a replacement. |
What are these iherb copycats? I would love to know so I can shop around. |

| I've just sent an email complaint. The more people that do it the more likely that they'll take notice of what a screw-up this has become. And ditto what the previous poster asked. Alternative websites? |

I got a coworker to enter her arc info, but then the system wouldn't let me check out. It said no more than 6 bottles of vitamins were allowed, but I only had two bottles. The rest of the order was food items: berries, cliff bars, tea and trail mix.
Anyone else have this problem? |

| I received an email from them last night telling me that they had "fixed" the problem. However, it turns out that their idea of fixing the problem is only allowing foreigners to tick the box that has a broker hold on to your items for a further 3-6 days while you fax/send a copy of your passport to customs. It's an absolute joke. |

| It seems like there must be some misunderstanding between the iHerb head office and their Korean office/representative, because I received a reply from korea@iherb.com telling me they had fixed the problem which they clearly haven't. |

Good News for everyone who is trying to place an order with iHerb using their Korean Alien Registration Number. According to the email I just got that option has already been fixed and everyone except me is successfully entering their ARC number and placing orders.
If anyone here in Korea successfully places an order using their ARC number, please let us all know about it. But, on the off chance that you too are unsuccessful at doing so, please let us know about that too and perhaps let iHerb.com know about it since they are making this (seemingly false to me) claim that it works now.
Cheers.

You said it would be fixed to accept my Alien Registration Number last week.
It wasn't and still isn't.
What's the latest story on this issue? |

Done deal. It's working again.
I went online last night...used the IM chat and finally ended up online with the manager state side...promises were made...and kept.
Today...my ARC number was accepted. Just made an order one minute ago.
Well done everyone, thanks for working together to get this fixed.
P.S. I am still a bit apprehensive. I don't want to get a phone call in a week's time telling me I need to show my passport to a customs agent.
There was still a note to this effect on the order page...indicating to check it.
I didn't check it....and it still worked.
Here's hoping. |

Glad to hear that it is working for some of you now. I tried it again and it still doesn't like my ARC number. |

| So do we all need to have an IM chat with the stateside manager to get this thing working or is it working for everyone now? Foreigners can sign up for Gmarket so why not iHerb? |

Not working for my ARC number yet. If it ever does, I'll be sure to post about it here. |
