|

I live in Southern Seoul and want to donate a couple of warm coats that I have.
Do any organizations exist in the city, i.e. Salvation Army, that take donated items.
I'm not for certain whether Korean churches accept donations. |

There are yellow bins everywhere for recycling clothes, every other block in residential areas or indoors near every entrance into larger apartment buildings.
My question: does anyone know how or to whom the clothes are distributed? |

the clothes generally go to church op-shops.
Im sure many are given to the needy, but a lot of the nice ones go to these wonderful shops! Im an op-shop adict here in Korea!!!
You could always donate your jackets to a local church or temple. If not, the clothing bins are the way to go. There are yellow ones, green ones and blue ones. |
