in regards to what exactly?

re: asking for college transcripts - which have nothing whatsoever to do with the function of the U.S. govt.

get back to me when you want to talk about real problems, such as Bradley Manning and wikileaks, then maybe we can have a real discussion

in the meantime, I got better things to do -

The real problem is that he is ineligible to be president.
His college records (application) will verify where he was born.

The man is eligible for the presidency because he meets both qualifications: (a) he was born in the United States; specifically, he was born in Honolulu, Hawaii; and (b) he meets the age requirement.

"a" is highly questionable and for a man that claims so much transparency where is his college application forum?

If his mother was American then he's a natural-born citizen. Where he was born is irrelevant.

You do realize that Hawaii is a constituent state of the United States of America and was such at the time Obama was born in Hawaii, do you not? The government of the State of Hawaii has certified his birth in that state.

Even if his mother is an American it won't make a difference. He may not hold dual citizenship.
The govt. produced a birth-certificate not "the" birth certificate.

But since he's an American citizen by default, you would have to prove that he chose Kenyan citizenship or applied for dual citizenship.

Two reasons why Obama has not gone to any effort to provide more information of his birthplace:

1) He hasn't been legally required to, because no one of any significance cares.

2) It keeps birthers running off their mouth, which in turn makes Republicans look retarded. Advantage Obama.

So what do you all want? To wave a magic wand and undo the last four years?

Because even if everything you say is true, all that would mean is that Obama couldn't run again (and possibly go to jail) and it would be Hillary v. Romney. Good luck with that matchup.

It's all irrelevant now, nothing in real terms is going to change. Who knows? He might be a Kenyan-Indonesian Islamic Dual Citizen (or non-citizen) Communist-Marxist-Maoist-Nazi-Taliban dog eater. He ain't going anywhere.

By the way, Obama can be a Communist or a Nazi or a radical Islamist or a Secular Socialist or a common Democratic Stooge, but he can't be all of those. People who say he is all of those things (at varying times) state that he is none of those things.

Good job: two assertions, two mistakes about facts. Regarding the birth certificate: that has already been provided by the relevant authority for such and only willful ignorance and/or prejudice can be the reason for a refusal to accept it as such. Regarding the qualifications for being president, this from the Constitution of the United States is the only authority, not your erroneous statement about dual citizenship:
Quote:
No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

And since his mother was American, he's a natural-born citizen. Someone could try to prove that he renounced his citizenship at some point, but the fact is he was American by birth regardless of the location.
