Depends on where you are coming from and where you have traveled to in the last 6 months. (have you traveled to the tropics (yellow fever regions) recently?)
Usually no, there are none required.
It is however advised that you have had your childhood immunizations (mmr, dpt, etc) since you will be working with kids and if you haven't been immunized then the odds are that you will catch something.
It is also advised that you have your immunizations for Hep A/B. These take up to 6 months for a full course (shot and boosters). Hep A and B are endemic in Asia.
