I would like to go to Russia for a trip sometime next year. I have heard that American citizens need a VISA and that they have to be a resident at their current country of residence for longer than six months. Meaning that I cannot apply for a Russian VISA halfway through my contract.

I also have EU citizenship, should I just use this passport instead of my American one?

Thank you in advance.[/list]
